What is the lead time?
Due to the pandemic, turnaround time has been extended as we are taking extra care in our production and distribution centers. Give us a minimum of 1 month to fulfill your order in consideration of production, quality control, and delivery among others.
How do I get my order?
You may have it picked up or we can ship it directly to you (shipping worldwide).
Our local courier partner is 2Go Express, and DHL for international shipping (tax/duties may apply depending on the location which will be shouldered by the recipient).
Why is the courier fee a bit expensive?
Shipment fee is quoted by 2Go/DHL with insurance covering the value of your item. It is based on the value of the item declared. Upon the release of the item(s) to the courier, C&M Jewelry will no longer be liable.
When do I get my order?
C&M Jewelry can’t control the schedule of the dispatch/pickup of the courier. We must observe proper procedure and turnaround time in delivering your parcel.
Metro Manila – minimum of 2 days
Outside Metro Manila – minimum of a week
International – turnaround time varies and import tax/duties may apply depending on the location which will be shouldered by the recipient.
