Refund, Return and Cancelation Policies
Kindly note that once the order has been confirmed, we will no longer allow revisions, returns, refunds, or exchanges for any purchase.
Items assumed to be damaged or defective must be returned within a week of purchase at the customers' expense and the validity of all claims will be decided by C&M Jewelry. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and come in the original package, and approved by the management.
For customized orders, we will send a final layout for your confirmation. Once you have confirmed the design, changes are no longer allowed.
In claiming your order or having it delivered, all balances should be settled first (full payment). Refusal to pay in 6 months would forfeit the order. C&M will neither release the item nor refund the down payment.
